The Adams County Museum Craft Shows take place at the Riverdale Regional Park & Fairgrounds at 9755 Henderson Road in Brighton. Parking is free.

The craft shows are a fundraiser for the museum and feature only handmade items.

VENDOR INFO

Thank you for considering our craft bazaars. Please note that we only allow merchandise handcrafted by the vendors – we do not allow imports or commercial exhibitors.

Spaces are available on a first pay basis. Space cost is $50 per show day. Booth space measurements are 8-foot long and 6-foot deep.

Set up is 6 AM the day of the show and vendors must be set up by 8:45 AM. After 8:45 AM, neighboring vendors will be invited to take over that space with their merchandise so it is very important that you are there by quarter to 9!

Please review the registration forms for additional information. To apply to a show, just mail us the bottom half of the form and a check. We can take registration and payment info over the phone if you are applying close to the show's date.

We are required by state law to send a list of vendors' names, addresses and special event sales tax license numbers to the Colorado Department of Revenue for each show. If you need a Special Event Sales Tax license, please click on the tax info below (each show has its own form, but how to obtain a license is the same). Please call the Department of Revenue if you need farther assistance at 303-866-5643 or 303-238-7378. You can apply for the special event sales tax license in person and receive it immediately. Locations: 1881 Pierce St. Entrance B in Denver; 827 W. 4th St. Suite A in Pueblo; 222 S. 6th St. Suite 208 in Grand Junction; 3030 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins and 2447 N. Union Blvd. in Colorado Springs.

If you are unable to apply in person, and if you don't receive the special event sales tax license before the date of the craft show -- please email us a copy of your application and copy of the check that was mailed to the Department of Revenue before the date of the show.

We will send you more details – including booth number – a month before the show.
